Our Gold Coast (3 days)& Sydney (1 day) Trip
~23rd - 26th June 2008~

Been going around the shopping centres and caught a movie – Don’t Mess with Zohan. Although not a fantastic show, but it is funny and it made our day. Keke…

We went over to Sydney for a day and shopped at Paddy’s Market. One of the places which things are cheaper. Keke… A lot of Korean there. Things are cheaper but compare to Singapore, Singapore’s way cheaper. The prices of things are way too high.



We’re back in Brisbane for 3 days to pack our luggage b4 our flight on the 29th June 2008. Finally we’re going back Singapore REAL SOON (tonight). *Excited* We’re really looking forward to it as we miss everything back in Singapore. EVERYTHING…. Especially our little boy and the food.

Today got my acrylic nails removed and done a normal manicure but due to my clumsiness, I got most of it smudged therefore I wanna get it painted again. But of coz not going to the salon, I’ll do it myself. Keke…

Went out, didn’t manage to get the nail polish, nvm I’ll do it tml.

~7th June 2008~

Got up early, bath and went out (while Dearie’s still in bed). Walked around alone, finally found my warmers that are not expensive and to my liking at Dotti. And Dearie got up and met up with me. We window shopped around, and got my nail polish too. Felt relaxed too. It’s been quite awhile since we last do that.



~10th June 2008~

Actually planned to catch a movie early afternoon but ended up early evening. We watched Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, and there’s only 3 movies showing at South Bank. Ok.. we need to walk there, which is quite a distant. Probably it’s something like from Far East Plaza all the way to Raffles City I think.



The cinema at South Bank is FREE SEATING and the seats are arranged just like GV Max, there’s no way someone who is tall can block you but smaller theatre only. We reached there around 7.25pm got the tickets, bought ourselves A$2 popcorn (small size) which taste really saltish and a drink. Quite a no. of seats are already taken, but luckily we got ourselves a not bad seat. Seats start to fill up and show’s finally going to start. By then, popcorn is already ¾ gone and drink already half gone. Wondering how is it going to last till the show ends. But eventually it did. Haha…

Finished the show, wondering what to eat for supper, and since it’s been a long time since we pop by the casino for nuggets and Cajun fries, so we headed there which we relaxed.

Here’s one of the dishes for our dinner – Ginger with Spring Onion Chicken.

Not bad, but not something which I was expecting from…. I wan the 姜葱田鸡 that type of black coloured sauce but I don’t know how to do it and unable to find the recipe. I only managed to find the Fish one. Sob…

~12th June 2008~

Got the book – “Marley and Me” finally. Got hooked onto the book, but eyes’ getting really blur so got to go meeting with Mr Zhou before I can continue. Love the book. It hooks me.

It reminds me alot during the puppy stages and the time spend with my silly boy. It makes me miss my boy even more. OMG.... DUA BUI!!!!!!

Oh ya... it's going to be on the BIG Screen too. Marley and Me the Movie.

Called my family to inform them of my arranged flight back and chat online with my both "crazy" nieces (my brother's kids).

I’m finally going back to SINGAPORE just for a break but at least better than nothing. I’ll be flying on the 29th June and arriving on the 30th in the wee morning. And there’s something on for the day and guess we’ll be catching our sleep in the afternoon and for dinner at night. It’s a wedding dinner of my dear’s friend, of coz my friend too. What a tight schedule. Intend to be back by 25th June but sadly all the flight are fully booked and earliest available is 29th. No choice. But I’m already all eager to be back. I miss my family, my frens and especially my notti boy. Without him, life’s totally almost meaningless. Without him, it just makes me feel that something is missing in my life.

But we cant stay for long as holidays aren’t that long. But I’ll make time for all my friends. And of coz, I’m going to make some time for a gathering for my boy.

While waiting for HTC Touch Cruise to drop price, here comes the HTC Touch Diamond which looks way nicer. OMG... now my new target - HTC Touch Diamond. LOL...

Today, Dear needed a tie which we missed out when we came here. So went to get one for him and got him 2 shirts too. Keke... Hope he like them. Got my acrylic nails removed to let them rest before i go back to let Clara who owns Petite Nails(which I've not been to before) to do acrylic nails with 3D nail art. Heh...

Came back feeling vain again, so here i go... Snapping away. I've added one of my vege dish during my dinner which was taken by my Dear. Dunno why he suddenly wanna snap that dish. That's Kailan with minced pork. It's yummy, hope Dearie like it too. Keke...

Now, Dear's finally finished all his assignments and we've some time to rest and he got to prepare for the upcoming exams already. And after all these, we can go back to Singapore for HOLIDAY soon. I cant wait to go back to meet all my frens, my notti boy & family, do shopping and eat the food. Lol... I simply miss Singapore so much. I wish everything will be over real soon.
